What caught my eye today?

I'm officially excited that LED technology is now coming to Apple Monitors. That may mean absolute bunk to many of you, but it means a few things to me - that is, if I end up buying an Apple Computer.
  1. LEDs produce a cleaner, brighter light
  2. They consume as little as 1/10th of the energy
  3. They last considerably longer than traditional displays
  4. They have less environmental impact
These benefits will obviously spill into a lot of other areas. You'll thank me when the batteries last twice as long on your iPods, and the displays never lose quality on your HDTVs.

I didn't know you cared about the environment. At least not from a couple of months ago when we threw all that trash from the Wendy's drive-thru out on the 405. I hate it when that crap clutters the car.
